Great job 👏
Help! (Game Analysis)

tbh you played well, white just made one bad move and you recked him for that, well done!
I also know the Gm prep series they are soooo good

Roberto Pantoja vs. Diego Villa (the game is available on chess.com but not chess games.com) continued 17. Qa4 (seems best to me) a5 18. Bd3 Rab8 (this is Villa’s idea, creating batteries bearing down on the kingside) 19. Qa3 Rb4 20. c3 Rc8 21. Kb1 (and Villa basically cashes in with a draw against a 2500 player, Villa is only 2200) Qc3 Qc3 Rc3. I find the idea of a4 followed by all the heavy pieces bearing down attractive.
I don’t think that is a good pawn for white to grab. You shouldn’t be surrendering the initiative when you have opposite side castling for a lousy pawn. Good way to get rolled.
What do you need help with though? You only have 3 moves, f6, Kg8, and Kh6. Kh6 is bad for obvious reasons. f6 just weakens your pawns. You are left with Kg8, and that is the best move.
Hey everyone,
I played an OTB game last night at San Francisco and I won.
However, I can't make out what's best for both white and black if they played better.
Here's the game.
Need help with game after 16... Kg8.
I used the engine and I can't comprehend the strategy. Please help by analyzing the best moves with both sides.
Thanks!
