This game is over ... the player gave up!
3. Bd3 is odd to me... blocks d pawn and hurts dark squared bishop... Bb3 is better
4.a3 is too early, assuming you where planning b4 push... as seen opponent prevented easily.
5. e5 is bad, your pushing your pawn to early to a square easily attacked... your opponent gains tempo while you either defend with pieces which leaves your king at an akward e2 (in a closed game) orweaken kingside with f4...
12. g4 is questionable...kills your kingside for (i assume) an eventuall assault on the castled black king... ruiins your ability to castle either side safely
13. d3 is close by opening up your bishop but d4 would have been much better because it would have defender your weak pawn on e5
14. and 15. pushing your pawn to far to early... 15. should have lost a pawn with fxg6.
21. Nxe6 seems better putting pressure on the pinned bishop but thats up in the air.
dont take this like me being rude, i am trying to give you an honest opinion of what i see of some of your moves... overall pretty good game!
