A brilliant move is just a decent sacrifice.
White sacrificed the knight on c7, forking the king and rook. This virtually forced the knight's capture by the black queen.
That left the knight on g4 undefended.
After all that, white won a pawn.
Was that brilliant?
Not really but it was a decent move and they are more generous in calling moves brilliant for lower rated players.
