It's Queen to b7. I've analysed it thoroughly and I'm pretty sure about the answer
If it's white to move, then it's Queen to B7. If it's black to move, then it's black bishop takes white Queen.
And both of them are wrong 😑

Since black bishop is pinned by White's rook, it cannot capture White's queen. The 2 Knight next to the black king are defended by the 2 bishops and are attacking 2 more squares of the black King's square...
