Move Classifications are based mostly on evaluation changes. Since Bxb4 evaluated higher, by almost a pawn, so apparently fell into the inaccuracy level.
Is it fair that this bishop for a rook trade is considered an inaccuracy?
Bc5+ is absolutely fine.
That's the move that I would have played, not Bxb4.
Engines have different goals than people do.
Engines want to maximize centi-pawns. Bxb4 does that.
People want to FORCE the play and eliminate the opponent's chances for counter-play.
Bc5+ does that.
You should play Bxb4. No one in their right mind would play Bc5+ and lose material.
Pardon?
Bc5+ WINS a whole Rook.
How does it lose material?
Bc5+ and white can play Re3
Which is the better option by white but you can still take the rook back with the bishop instead of the black rook.
but that dose not checkmate and besides after Rxe8 the bishop is hanging
If Re1 Kf1 and no checkmate.
listen I am a 2100+ at rapid and think also do you think who is better at chess
Stockfish is better than both of us combined. Your statement is like saying, "I can jump higher, therefore you know nothing about gravity."
You seem very opinionated over a simple topic. Joined today and have played less matches than you've made comments. Did you make an account just to comment on my post? If so I'm honored. But I would suggest time spent playing something you find fun to be a better use of your time than trying to troll people who don't care.
If you are unwilling to do all the moves you deserve to be the one checkmated. Don't go for quick cheapos because Bc5+ looks risky. That's how losers are born.
not a "cheapo"
It is simple tactic that wins the exchange

So was that stockfish channeling through you?
sometimes the bishop is stronger than a rook
just look at this position
would you really give your most active piece for some clumsy unactive rook?

Me personally? In a game? All day every day. But I'm a low elo player so I don't think it would be fair to judge me or the kind of matches I have with the same scrutiny that higher elo matches would be played under.
I mean I kind of get what the engine is saying, I assume there is a positional advantage that makes up for it later on. Undeveloped peices for the white player and such. But come on, I'm 600 elo, the chances I take advantage of those advantages are slim to none. I'm just miffed cause this was one of the few moves I made with the intentional thought that it would be 'great' if not 'brilliant'...
.
Edit: I'll have to figure out how to add my move, but till then my sacrifice was going to be bishop to c5 and check the king.
