You can analyze games on SCID with a chess engine (like Stockfish)

You might want to try SCID vs. Mac, the Mac version of SCID vs. PC, which is a fork of SCID that fixes a number of bugs and usability issues. It's not perfect, but it's free. I've been using it for some time now and I'm mostly happy with it. You can get it here:

(Go to 'Downloads' and select the Mac package)

It comes with an number of engines preinstalled, but you can hook it up to any engine you like. Stockfish (as mentioned in Retrodanny's post) is pretty good.
