Example: In this situation, the black rook checks the white king(This is blunder), and when the white king moves, the rook and the bishop path open at the same time and attack the king and the rook at the same time.

No, it's a discovered attack.

lf the black rook wasn't there it would just be a discovered check.

It's a discovered attack when the discovered check also attacks an opponent's piece (the rook in this example).
