Looking for easy analysis tools.

Hi all!

I now decided to take chess at least a bit more seriously.
What I'm looking for is a simple, really easy to understand and use analysis tool that I can use for free.

I don't really want to use engines (never have, and I think I'm simply too old to learn that stuff), nor am I that good with computers.

What I'm looking for is basically a chess board that I can use on full screen (it's an absolute must), while I'm reading a book, just to go through moves and variations.

Is there anything I can use?

You can use Chess.com's services - e.g. make blogs of games that you are going over

If you are willing to do some setup, you can use Chess Arena(my personal favorite) or SCID

And lastly if you are willing to spend some money, you can invest in Chessbase.

Let me know if you have any questions :)

Use a chess.com live chess analysis board. Create a new game in live chess, selecting analysis from the time-control drop-down menu.

Thank both of you.
