I think you can reroute your knight to c3(Nb1 then Nc3) to prevent the b5 break for black at any time and then try to swing one of your rooks to the kingside and prepare for a pawn storm by g4 and h4 followed by g5 but you need to be very cautious and wise while doing that to avoid the backfire.

What would have been a good middlegame plan here for white? I was just playing a bot, but it felt similar to other positions I've gotten stuck on. The computer analysis moves don't indicate the plan in terms I can understand. I felt like I was just shuffling pieces around and waiting for something to happen, rather than having some sort of goal. Any good advice on how to approach this sort of middlegame?
