My best game so far

Around this time I think I'm changing from beginner to intermediate.  I lost, but after a period of opening game study I'm showing some middle game skill.

1. e4 e5  2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bb5 a6 4. Ba4 Nf6 5. 0-0 Be7 6. Re1 b5 7. Bb3 0-0 8. d3 d6

9. Bd5 Nxd5  10. exd5 Na5 11. Qd2 Nb7 12. Nc3 Bg4 13. h3 Bxf3 14. gxf3 Bh4 15. b3 Qf6 16. Re3 Qg5+ 17. Kf1 f5 18. a4 b4 19. Bb2 bxc3 20. Qxc3 Rf7 21. Ba3 f4  22. Re4 Qf5  23. Rc4 Qxh3+  24. Ke2 Qg2  25. Rxc7 Qxf2 +  26. Kd1 Qxf3+  27. Kc1 Qe3+  28. Kb2 Rxc7  29. Qxc7 Nc5  30. Bxc5 Cxc5 31. Qxc5 dxc5 32. Rh1 Bg3  33. Rh5 Rh8  34. Rxe5 f3  35 35. Re6 a5  36. c3 f2  37. b4 cxb4  38. cxb4 axb4  39. d6 f1=Q  40. a5 Bxd6  41. Rxd6 Qe2+  42. Kb3 Rb8  43. a6 Qd1+  44. Kc4 Qc2+  45. Kd4 Qc3+ 46. Ke4 Re8+  47. Kf4 Qe5+  48. Kg4 Qxd6

Comments appreciated, particularly on the middle game, especially if you could point out my first blunder or act of blindness.

your notation is messed up at move 30 ... Cxc5, and it would be helpful if you inserted this as a game board instead of all notation.

Here is up to move 30

9. Bd5 probably not good as you trade a bishop for a knight, and mess up your pawn structure in the exchange.

13. h3 not a good move since after 13 ...Bxf3 14. gxf3 your pawn structure is more borked and your king is on an open file, inviting an assault from the black queen.  Better would have been 13. Qe3, better still would have been not to put your queen on d2 to start with, so that your knight had somewhere to run to.

After 14. ...Bh4 its quite clear that Black is about to bring the pain on the kingside.  You should have figured out a way to defend or run, instead of the queenside development imo.

19. Bb2 is also confusing, leaving your knight hanging.

The rest of the moves are a result of 13. h3.

I think 11. d4 would have been better than 11. Qd2.  It fixes your pawn structure, leaves your Knight on f3 somewhere to run to, and leaves the queen protecting your knight.

I'd like to insert a game board but I was having trouble figuring it out.

Thanks for your comments and advice.
