Opponents are always equal

So I usually play 10 min rapid matches and my grade is always in the 600-800 range. I have noticed that all of my wins/losses appear to be perfectly balanced so I am usually at 50% W/L ratio to a T. I can play the 600 grade bot with my eyes closed and don't tend to struggle until I get into the 1200 vs the cpu. My opponents, no matter what level I am on, always seem to match me. If I get a 98% accuracy score they will get within the same range. I just played with 79% accuracy rating and my opponent gets 70%. I'm not  sure how this works because why am I going up against so many low ranking players with incredibly efficient accuracy ratings? Doesn't that defy the purpose of being lower ranked? My grade never changes and I am always at 50% W/L. If i have a streak of ten easy wins I will then immediately have 10 losses against ten advanced players who seem to be playing outside their normal ranks. With that said, shouldn't the play style of a player in the 600 ranges really be on par with what one would expect from playing a bot in the same range? That is, a walk in the park?

"Accuracy" is not really accuracy. It's a gimmick chess.com made up to sell memberships.
