Reconstructing Broken Game

I recently went through all my old games and entered them into my database. Some of them had some small mistakes that I was able to fix. But there are two games that have such massive mistakes that I am not able to reconstruct. Does anyone know how to fix this game? The continuation I wrote down doesn't make any sense, probably some missing moves:
