idk, both of those were tactical blunders, so maybe do some tactics.
Tilting. Help!

It happens sometimes.....
Just take rest from playing chess for a few days (it's up to you!).
ok

Do you find your focus drifting off, or are you agitated? I try to minimize distractions and listen to quiet music while I play.

I'm playing with a completely fresh mind, but I keep blundering my games. What's wrong with me and how can I fix it?
Same thing as BigSur95.

Nope, nothing was distracting me.

Before you make a move always check it a final time 'with the eyes of a beginner' so to speak. Can he answer my move by just attacking something?. Easier said than done, but it helps avoid one move blunders.

1. Listen to soothing music when you play, preferably using a headset to block outside noise. Search Youtube for "chess music" or "study music" or "adhd music" for some good ones.
2. Some chess players are taught to sit on their hands until they are certain of their next move. At the very least, take your hands off the mouse and keyboard (or lay your phone down, if you're on mobile) and get the full view of the board with your eyes before using your hands to move a piece.

I'm not sure what type you play, but I think that you should try with more time on the clock so that you can stop and think more.

I'm taking a break after i lost to a 400 rated oppononent ( my rating in blitz is 900 btw) i just play dailies now. Play daily . That is the only solution.

my advice
1 no rest
2 play tactics correctly - first of all solve tactics in you mind before move the pieces, do 4-5 puzzles every day takes around 30 minutes, brain is like a muscle...
3 study the classics - i suggest the kaspa series my predecessors
4 forget opening theory for now...
5 get a coach to show your blunders
and
dont worry...
- ratings - this really dont show your real strenght
- loses - are better than winnings... learn from lose
- improvement - takes time, years maybe
- play online chess - play as much as you can, but study deeply your games
thats all, I hope you can improve your chess...

That's brilliant, I might use that
Thanks man

Yup, you blundered your Knight in the first game after 27 seconds thinking... (which makes no sense) I know that sort of horror: you need a rest from Chess. Just play the mandatory Dailies for a week.
It defines lower rated players, me included, pretty well. Games are decided not from chess knowledge but from blunder. Who makes less blunders - wins. Who makes no blunders - wins.
Just played a game where i moved my queen thinking it was bishop, that led to instant resignation.

the way to fix it is to realise u can't fix it.
U will always blunder, Magnus blunders. if u accept this fact, this problem will go away, because u will realise it's not something ur doing wrong, it's just a part of being human.
U'll learn to realise mistakes are what make chess fun.
Just look at the board! Before you make a move, make it in your mind and ask see if it's safe. You would never have missed those simple one-move tactics if you were paying attention to your opponent's possibilities. When you make a move, and your opponent's reply comes as a devastating surprise, you just aren't looking
