Its a draw if black plays well.  You need 4 moves to deliver mate with a Knight, and it will take at most 3 for the Black Queen to reach the White King.

I would continue as white. I won't say more as I think that would be unfair.

I agree, Black can never win, so always let him prove it's a draw. Those passed pawns look dangerous, so I suspect it's won for White anyway.

Since Black's pawns are all blocked up, and his King can't move, you effectively have three pawns, a King, and two Knights vs a Queen. That should certainly be enough to win. If it's a draw, then let Black prove it. If not, then you have the best chance to win.

Doesn't anybody listen to what I'm saying? It'a an easy draw for Black. For example:

I thought this was a game in progress and it would be unfair to give one side tips. If it's not a game in progress then disregard what I said about fairness.

I was actually thinking about this game during lunch and decided I would keep playing with either color, if only long enough to make the other side prove they knew what to do.

That proves it then. If white wants to avoid the stalemate he has to play Nf5+ but that just lets black into the game. Play on to see how desperate Black is but he should see it.

But Nf5+ forces gxf5 and that stops the stalemate. Rooperi is correct if it is Black to move but the problem says White to move.
