Why is Kd6 a brilliant move?

Hey everyone! No clue as to why Kd6 is "brilliant." Any ideas?

I think it’s because if you took, white’s king can capture the b4 pawn before you. If they took, it’s a draw since you can keep white’s king from going to c4.

Thanks for the answer. Nevertheless, it does not explain why it is "brilliant" rather than just "best"
