It is not a brilliant because brilliant move is when u find a forcing mate or matrial win for a sacrifice but here instead of taking black queen white can go rook to e1 blocking the checkmate threat from rook so the move queen a2 from black is not a brilliant because there is a way to counter the move WHEN I SAY Counter THE MOVE IT DOESNT NECESSARILY MEAN WHITE COULD WIN
