kasparov says a good player should spot the moment of 'climate' (his words) and take his time there to make a deep move. games revolve around those moves..

in 18th move i took my time and went deep for like 2 minutes and my gen-z opponent sent me some emojis to tell me to move.. those disturbed me but i didn't care to reply..

and just a few moves later I delivered a beautiful checkmate.. I love these moments in chess.

I honestly hate emoji spammers, today I had a game where I was up +3 from my opponent, I blundered a pawn and they started doing crying and laughing emojis, I didnt respond cus i didnt wanna be cocky, but I ended up beating them by like +8 and for the first time ever i emoji spammed back
