Rael closed his account but recently returned and I am glad. He is one of the
Super-Administrators of our "Poets And Writers" group and I think his posts are
really interesting.
There was also another famous goodbye letter but the person returned
almost immediately as I recall. In fact, that person's goodbye letter is on
page 1 of the most read forums at Chess.com with almost 400 posts!

With good posters-- I like Kupov, for example--we end up losing something of value when all the old posts die when he updates himself.
I think fixing that is in one of artfizz's threads on chess.com improvements. Don't kill all the old posts when a member quits or gets banned. If there's a problem with a post just fix it when you notice it. Please!
(The Kupov4 will be very streamlined with a rich interior and luxurious appointments.)
