chess.com uses a glicko rd system, but Fide uses an elo system. I don't think you're actually improving it's just that the site shows your rating more accuratly now than it did earlier because you played a few games.

btw you should prefer Nakkers to Mags, because he at least plays interesting human moves.
You play fast- that's the only thing you do in bullet. Go and rapid and we will see...
