Anger is RUINING my Chess [Please Help]

I dont get angry at all, win or lose. It's a game. It doesn't make any sense to get angry over a game, I like winning, but I also like it when my opponent wins because I know that brings satisfaction or sense of accomplishment to them.

I get angry. But I make sure my anger is focused at myself.
I ask myself why I played so stupidly? And I then try to figure out how Ican play better, in the future.
It makes no sense to get mad at my opponent, if I hang my queen, and he takes it.
How is it his fault, I am a retard??
I think people like to play chess because they like to win. If you look at most players won/loss record it usually shows almost a 50% wins to 50% losses. But most chess players think that they're better than that although they're not. A winning streak in chess is usually followed by a losing streak that's equal or worse than the winning streak. Chess is like flipping a coin it's pretty much equal to 50% whether a person will win or lose.

Chess just a game??
How did you get this job???

Angry means you're not being objective. It means you're acting like chess is personal and an argument over an insult and not a contest of skill and knowledge. Play the board, not the person.

One time when I wasn't angry I took a break from chess, and when I came back I still wasn't angry. What does that mean?

Means lot of perfectly good checkmating time, wasted!

Drink Beer while you play. Not only will you be more relaxed, you will play more creative chess.
Also, you can have quite a bit of fun with it. For example, let's suppose you realize you just hung a piece - message your opponent and say something like "be careful, that is the Lager Gambit I just played against you. It is very dangerous unless you know what you are doing. It was once thought to be refuted by the Porter-Stout Defense, but then the game Pilsner vs. Mead 1874 completely overturned that assessment".
I've never gotten angry playing chess. Chess is a game that's meant to be fun, so if it's not fun, or you get angry, then it's probably best to stop playing. If it's not fun, then there is really no reason to do it.
But maybe the solution is to stop playing competitively. Or stop altogether for a few weeks. Do something else like golf or tennis or crosswords or monopoly or maybe card games. Another thought is maybe that it's more of an issue with online games. I haven't played an online game of chess in months, and not just because chess.com went to version 3 either. The other reason is some online chess players can be very annoying, which might make some people angry. So I only play for fun on game night with friends and family. Maybe try just playing real games with friends and see what happens. It could be the anger goes away and is replaced with something more enjoyable.
