I'd also make Russians cut off, I know many of them are innocent, but this war is being accepted by many, it is not even a war, they kill civils, women and children, destroy everything on their way to what?? To occupy a free country. The sanctions on Putin don't really chage it, Russia must undertand what's going on and help stop it. What, except sanctions, may open their eyes?
