You report them for violating fair play rules. In a few weeks chess.com send an email confirming you were cheated or fair play violated then you get a few points. Meanwhile the people still go on cheating and chess.com do nothing about it

You report it via the ! button on the players profile. Then it goes straight into the trashcan of no one gives a f@#k.
I've played thousands of blitz games on here and I am not aware that I have ever been cheated on, not even once.
Where is the link for telling chess.com about cheats?
