i never abort but i have had to abort like 5 games since yesterday. cause i will only lose rating and i am trying to reach 1850 by the end of the month
Happened to me like 3 months ago. I was playing 20 minute chess with 500s when I was a 1300-1400 in rapid. I settings did not do anything until like a week later. And like you, I aborted tons of games and then loss the right to abort. I just ended up wasting time playing with 500s, and if you didn't know, probably each on of them play 20 minute chess so they can do something else.

i was playing like 40 minutes ago, i was getting paired with people at my rating range, so idk what ur experiencing.
u need to go into custom settings before looking for a live game and alter the rating range.
You can always send a custom challenge and make a rating limit
i have a -50 and +400 range

Happened to me a week ago, just had to stop playing for a bit honestly. Also make sure your settings are correct.
Yep. My rating's typically 2500-2600 and regulary being paired with opponents < 2000 in the 3-minute pool, lowest was 850. Sent a message to support a week ago, no reply. Seem to recall the same happening a year or so ago and I did the same, looks like it's regressed.
I don't like having to abort ever other game so just will stop playing until it's fixed.
Hi! is anyone else chess.com pairings system broken? it is only pairing me with ppl who are way igher or lower. i actually got paired with a 1400 in 3 min blitz. i also am getting way higher rated and not anyone my rating. am i the only one having this?
