What do you guys think of the new computer personalities? I think it's a great concept and it must've taken a lot of time to build algorithms to account for both strength and playing style! There are 67 of these cool computer opponents, which one is your favorite? I'm not gonna lie..

The ones in vs Computer don't change your rating. Those are the one being discussed in this topic, not the ones in Live.

Well before the bots were moved to vs Computer, they did change your rating. Now, Hikaru-bot is just cool, but I still hold a slight grudge vs it.

The bots in Play > Live Chess did and currently still do; the bots in Play > Computer never did. The bots also aren't in Play (BETA) to be selected as opponents.

A friend... commented that these new personalities... left the weakest levels... and can not train seriously with the computer on Chess.com!!personally I tested some... I'm playing co tra Tomas🤔

Rodent is a free engine where you can do custom personalities like ChessMaster series. They both are around same strength, 2700 CCRL.
