I think the skill level set, the curve is the same no matter what the country one lives in. That's been my expertise anyway. OTHO, I really find it? cute? , funny, you read others peoples comments from other cultures when English is a second, third language. I say to myself "that's how I must sound like" when I talk Chinese or Spanish!

I get opponents from India all the time. A lot of times they tell me they are playing at work from some call center. Very nice people usually.
