Ok yeah, I'm sorry about last night. It won't happen again. That guy just really pissed me off. Consider it an anomaly. I mean, there's people all over South Florida that owe me non-insignificant sums of money that I don't get that pissed off about. Anyway, that was out of line. I apologize.
Do people take "blitz" on line seriously?
I don't take blitz real seriously. I find blitz a serious waste of time actually, and focus a lot more when I'm studying chess books, doing tactics problems online, or even on turn-based chess. I can't bring myself though to take blitz too seriously when it doesn't really matter or help much in chess development.

Yeah, I also missed the gang bang video and physical threats. Was this going for the throat or the knee cap ? Obviously deleted by management. Seriously though, I mainly play blitz now. I also like tactics trainer and get about 49% wrong. But the 51% I do get right I do in seconds where the average player takes minutes. Sometimes you see the obvious a lot quicker and this is why I enjoy blitz a lot. For what it's worth.
So I like to think I take chess seriously, I read chess books, play over games on a physical board, take notes, and like to think about my moves and what not. But when I play "blitz" on here it seems to all go to hell and I'm hanging pieces all over the place and making retarded moves. I rate about 1400 in "live standard" and 1800 in "on line," since I have 3 days to think about my moves, but in blitz I reguarly lose to 800 rated players. Whats up?
