Does Chess.com Shadowban Certain Topics

Lichess is famous for shadowbanning users, but chess.com isn't to be trifled with as far as shadowbanning goes.

Generally speaking, if a topic isn't allowed, it will get locked and a note about why will be posted. Members that violate Community Policies will be warned first and may have content edited or removed in more extreme cases, followed by muting, and can eventually escalate to actual bans.

My understanding of lichess shadowbanning is that the user can create posts and it appears to them as normal but doesn’t appear to any other user - chess.com doesn’t do that, a post is either visible to all or - if the user’s account is muted - invisible to all including the muted user (but maybe excluding staff and/or moderators)
