Hi. A couple days ago, I was playing a game with someone outside of chess.com and came up with this position:

After a few minutes of studying the positionwe declared it was a draw because niether side could advance safely.

I agree. I don't know if it is technically a draw or not, but I do know that I would offer a draw in this position. (or accept one)
