If it's USCF then 100 is the lowest. Different countries use different rating systems.

Thanks Damon, that link of the Rating estimator is what I was looking for. So I'll have an estimate ELO after my current tournament ends.
I used to have a ELO rating of 1760 in a different country and almost 20 years ago. I stop playing in tournaments but now I decided to enroll in a chess club and play in tournaments but as unrated. What's the lowest new ELO rating I will get, say after my first tournament? I've seen low values like 800 or less...
