Anand is one of the weakest FIDE world champions 

One of the stupidest statements I have seen . 

Superqueen500 has super week brain to say so about 5 times world champ gggss

I've always thought Anand was a class act...still is for that matter : )

I can't say that I would be disappointed if Carlsen won--I think he is a great world champion, but I'm pulling for Anand. It would be a historic victory if he retook the crown.

Anand was a worthy chess king. What we have now is the changing of the guards. Anand ruled well as the former king. Its Carlsens turn to rule now. Another match against Anand would even make Carlsen stronger than he is now.

Anand will go down in history as one of the best chess players there ever was. Win or lose in the upcoming match , I salute this GM from Madras who brought great games for chess amateurs like me to enjoy.

Lets not forget that Anand is the ONLY player ever to win the WC in 3 different formats . 

Anand is playing limited tournaments,but plays them well...His Candidates victory was surprising,very few expected him to win so easily and Carlsen is fumbling these days,if Anand can get an early lead in the match,then he has an excellent chance of winning it..The last time too,he was not bad,he just blundered from simple positions,he goes in with a 40 percent chance of winning..

Just stating a simple important fact

Why are you underestimating Anand so much.Just because you want Carlsen to win as you are from Norway and you would go to any extent to sledge the opponent? This is unsportsmanslike...

While I don't feel qualified to say who's a better player or who will most certainly win the WC I gotta imagine that Anand has a certain psycholigical advantage that he did not have last year. As the challenger and former world champion Vishy has nothing to lose and nothing to prove. Whereas it's Carlsen's match to lose. I think simply being the world champion has to put its own kind of pressure on a player. 

That means that FIDE has lost its meaning. They are making weak players world champions. So, all of us should stop talking about ELO rating because it is assigned by FIDE. Perhaps matches  at FIDE are fixed. FBI should look into matter.

I would be obliged to know your simple facts. Please put all the details that shows that Anand is the weakest player ever who became a World Champion.
