The unfortunate thing is titled IMs and NMs (also some CMs here and there) have given really good insight to a position or game, but when the moderators disable the OP's account all those posts get hidden. If the account is closed then you no longer see that information.

 

If any of these titled players look back to see replies and find out their posts are also gone, then I am sure that makes it less likely they will want to take the time in the future to post again. Something for the chess.com mods to think about.

 

It would make more sense to remove content they didn't want and explain/give reason instead of completely destroying a thread.
