I don't think their reports pick out just rematches, but they've got the ability to analyze just those and would identify the sort of cheating you describe. You can supply that detail, you know.
I did supply the detail - more than once. I don't know why they didn't bother to investigate. As I said, some I'm just suspicious I report and move on. Some stand out on how blatant it is. This is one of them. I haven't met a single person with chess knowledge that looked at the evidence I supplied and described it as anything other than obvious cheating. And that includes a WCM, and a NM that plays in the Chess Club in São Paulo. The evidence could not be more conclusive. Or would you dare to say that shady behavior isn't at the very least extremely suspicious and worthy investigating?
