Sorry I'm trying to concentrate on the chess but the fact that your pfp is a literal Bermuda Triangle!
How Is that not brilliant????
Perhaps because the white still have huge advantage in both position and material:
It did follow the rules, it says position not material, their king was out in the open, and they couldn't get a mate in one or force mate in any way. Also, I suck at chess, and I'm 400, so it should follow the last rule.
it says position not material
According to the engine the white had +6 both before and after the Bxh2, that bishop's sacrifice changed nothing
I'm black. Sorry I forgot to that
I don't understand what it changes. Bxh2 is not a sacrifice. A serie of trades that results in a material gain is never a sacrifice.
Also, a sacrifice is such, that a ful beginner (at least) sees the benefits of it only some moves later, not just the next move (poof Rook takes Queen "surprise" -not-)
Bxh2 is simply not a sacrifice
Long time no see
Got a life out there.

I made 2 crazy mistakes in this game, but for some reason, bxh2 isn't brilliant when it perfectly fits the definition. Can someone explain?
