Is there a term for this pawn structure?

Is there a term for when 2 pairs of pawns face directly at each other and create massive tension like the one shown in the center of the board? I usually don't know what to do or how to find the best response when encountering these kinds of pawn interactions. If I had the right term for it I could go look it up and find lessons about it but that ain't the case. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not referring to the whole position. Rather its just the 2 pairs of pawns in the center staring at each other.

Edited it to make it more clear.

I looked up a long list of pawn structures and didn’t see a specific name for two pairs of opposing pawn directly opposite. Structures usually have names for overall structure (e.g. scheveningen, Carlsbad) or ones that come with specific types of strategies (e.g. isolated, hanging, weak). Two pairs of pawn directly opposite aren’t really thematic since how you play is largely determined by everything else in the position. I’m willing to be corrected, though.

Umm. If you want to know what these terms mean, Google is your friend.

Carlsen probably wasn't pleased when he heard the term Carlsbad.

It is called a pawn square.

It was called a pawn square in annotations to this famous game:

Black with 14...d5 or 14...a5 could create a pawn square.
