I want to play endgames against a training partner. But the problem is meeting in IRL is hard.It would be great if there is a way to set up a certain position on some chess site and to be able to play it against someone if someone knows if something like that exists please tell me.Also if someone knows any chess engine with an ELO around 2000 or a way to adjust engine strength.

Computers have a lot more patience than real opponents.

Have you tried the drills here? https://www.chess.com/drills

If you want to play custom positions, why not play against a normal engine? You could try the position 100 times until you win.

Yes but humans play more human moves and you can argue with them about the game you just played. Also against standard engine it won't be possible for me to win the position unless the position I I will be playing is theoreticaly a win like K+B+Kn vs K

Get the free Lucas Chess for lots of chess engines rated from 400 to 3300 (Stockfish 8) and all in-between, with the ability to tell the engine to play solid or reckless, to play its best move (at the set level) or to randomly pick among the few best or include some weakers moves, and with the ability to dictate any opening moves if you want that.

It's here:

It's poorly documented but here's a good place to start:
