It's not okay
Different sites have different rules. On this site, using a computer or getting help from a friend during a rated game is considered cheating. Doing so during a non-rated game without both players agreeing to it is also considered cheating. Cheating can get you banned from the site, even if you've given them money. (I doubt you'll get a pro rata portion of your money back, either.)
Obviously, "using a computer" does not include reading a PDF of an existing book or using the computer to access the chess.com web site in order to play the game.
right or wrong, how control if someone cheat ?
Statistical analysis of their games, among other methods. But that's a discussion for the Cheating Forum: https://www.chess.com/club/cheating-forum
Same as castling on the king side. Drag the king two squares and the rook will move on it's own.
Re-read the site rules you read when you joined.
can statistical analysis tell the true ? I am a beginner and try all the time new strategys, I think my games look very different, I can lose to someone with rating 800 and wind over one with 1500 in rating, but I am not cheating, it just look like that
maybe because you use more attension to one player who are strong than to a law-ratet player maybe ?

It's very normal to occasionally get an upset win over a stronger player.
Chess.com mods, please don't ban me. After I read this post about if using analysis computers is considered cheating or not I became aware of the consequences of using analysis computers. I had used computer analysis in daily chess games sometimes because I thought they were allowed (of course never in normal rapid or blitz), I mostly used the computer analysis board just to check if my move is a blunder or not (I always try to avoid it because I thought it would not do anything to improve my skills). So chess.com mods if you read this please don't ban me, I'll never do it again since I know it is considered cheating.
all of your moves must always be YOURS.
computer engine assistance is NEVER allowed, although unlike 'live', 'daily' allows you to analyze & look in books for ideas... no tablebases though! 🙂

Using the analysis board to try different moves is fine if all the analysis is your own. It only becomes a problem if you start looking at engine analysis. If you start looking at engine analysis, then it becomes cheating.
Of course it's not ok. What kind of person even asks that question? Do you not know the difference between right and wrong?
