I just checked the URL with VirusTotal. One of 66 AV packages thinks it's malicious (AutoShun - I haven't heard of it.)
Lucas Chess Website Blocked by Malwarebytes

Yeah, I just did that too! LOL.
Maybe I'll access it from one of my virtual machines. Or pop in a different hard drive to my desktop machine.
I wanted to check the documentation to find a way to turn off the PGN viewer in Lucas Chess so when I'm working a problem I won't see the solution. I don't see such an option in the GUI or settings, other than to make the size of the viewer very small.

I was on it a min ago. Kaspersky shows no warning like that. Normally its very good at detecting such things. And blocks a lot of things aswell. But lucas page for me, works without warnings.
Jerry9: Isn´t it possible to switch that view by left or right-clicking that pgn area? At least, as far as i remember it works that way with comments.
Sorry for the interference, I am the author of this program.
The web is generated from a python script. I believe that it is not as important as that someone take the trouble to hack it. On other hand, my goal is that it is all clean which can be, so I don't include something as basic as google-analytics, for the same reason.
To Jerry9, I'll try to include it in the next version, I note.

Hi Lucas,
Thanks for stopping by. If you have Malwarebytes on your computer, perhaps you can see what I see when you visit your website. I also doubt that someone hacked it, but it would be nice to fix whatever is causing Malwarebytes to flag it.
And thanks much for considering my feature request!
I have reported the problem to the Malwarebytes support and just now I have been told that the block will be lifted. Their answer was as follows:
Please allow an hour or two for the update to go live.
I would like you to update the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware database and then try to access the site you were getting the block from once more and let me know if you still receive the block.
Open Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and click on Dashboard at the top.
On the Dashboard, click the “Update Now >>” link
After the update completes, Close the window and try to access the site that you were getting blocked from and let me know if you are still getting the messages.
Well, a support that works.

I know this is an old thread, but Malwarebytes has just flagged the Lucas Chess program as malware on my PC. This was for the exe program, not your website Lukasmonk.
I'm hoping this is just a false alert (I've had Lucas Chess installed for ages, and Malwarebytes has never given me an alert about it before).
If this reaches you LukasMonk, please do let me know if you have any thoughts about why it might have happened, and if you plan to contact Malwarebytes about it.

Something similar happened to me, but with the installable version, my windows blocked it automatically.

I want to use this program, and i've seen it in Jack Puccinis video on how to improve tactics, I want to use it but I'm not sure if it's malware, on triage it reported 7/10 risk and these are the processes it ran, I will dm the owner and ask for an explanation and im inclined to trust it, though I am skeptical

Executes dropped EXE 1 IoCs
Loads dropped DLL 1 IoCs
Enumerates system info in registry 2 TTPs 3 IoCs

Has anyone else navigated to the Lucas Chess site recently (Late November 2015) and gotten a Malwarebytes warning message (malicious website blocked)?
Here's the link I'm referring to: www-lucaschess.rhcloud (dot) com
I'm wondering if their site got hacked or if it's just a false positive.
Edit: I just checked the Sucuri site and it's showing no malware, hmm.
