Earth is round, Mars is flat. We go around Mars. 

Do you have a telescope? If yes then observe mars for multiple different days. I am sure that you will see the view change, hence it is rotating, hence it is spherical shape. If you don't have a telescope then go buy one, or borrow a friend's (wait you have friends right?).

Nope!! No friends! But I can assure you, you are just seeing different parts of Mars each day. A light only goes over a spherical area, which is what you see. Earth moves, which causes our perception of Mars to move. Duh.
