Mother Earth

We all spring from Mother Earth.

Some obey the law, some mentally sign a contract to disobey it. But we're all the same so why move to one side or the other?

Unfortunately it's not as easy as it seems. The mind is powerful and we're slaves to it.

How to be one with Mother Earth?

The modern fantasy is to conquer nature with technology and to live outside of the laws of nature.

yeah definitely. so we could say the goal is to become more artificial,

seeing that humans are naturally aggressive, like animals

like any good, as plato said, we should enjoy it without "slipping into debauchery".... the artificial road wouldn't be correct if it were easy! ( as epictetus said)

We're a species that really doesn't know what it's doing and doesn't have the honesty to admit it. Instead we'll keep going all the way to oblivion and self-destruction.

HUMANS RULE!!!

Hard to say how it will end one day, but we sure aren't living up to our potential.

Instead we seem occupied with paving the road to self-destruction.

And that road has potholes no one is willing to spend anything to fix.

Yeah. It's pretty funny how people run around screaming 'KILLING THE EARTH - KILLING THE EARTH' like some eco-friendly chicken little. 

The Earth has endured worse. 

Another 4 billion years, it'll be like we never even existed.

Humanity will be in for a rude awakening when critical resources start to run dry soon...

And for some reason, no one wants to hear "I told you so."
