I don't know about min-max tournaments, although you could try arenas, they're mostly dominated by 1000-1500s.

I was about 1783 in 10-minute blitz a few weeks ago, and now i'm just below 2000 in 10-minute rapid.

Chess.com says this, but why are the ratings increased??
With this change, people rated 100 would automatically have their ratings raised to 250.
No more 100 rating points.
Funny fact, my bullet rating was my best by a lot.
