I just recently purchased the aquarium GUI off of ChessOk. My next step was to add an engine to aquarium since I do not want to use the default one. I opted to go for stockfish x64 1.8. However, while I was on the site (stockfishchess.com), there was also an option to download the stockfish 1.8 opening book. What is that? How can I use it? My guess is that it's a piece of software that specifically allows the stockfish engine to play more efficiently in the opening phase of the game. Any help appreciated!
