Pawn Promotion to... Bishop?

There's a question I've been pondering for many years and finally need some resolution. You know in a chess game, when you finally get a pawn to the other side and have the opportunity to promote him to a better piece? who in their right mind would choose a bishop or a rook over a queen?

#79: e1=Q and e1=B are equal. The White Queen is forced to exchange for either to avoid mate. When analysing moves which are equal or almost equal, the tool gets a little confused about which is or are best.

In practical terms, your opponent was more likely to walk straight into mate if you'd have chosen a Bishop but then you were also more likely to miss it too. The analysis is based upon best moves so doesn't take that into consideration anyway.
