My point was, I was disappointed with my play, I randomly pressed keys, dfhdf0 dfdhfl33 sdsdsd9 there is no significance, yet I was banned from talking to future opponents, even though I did little wrong.

I doubt you would be banned for random key presses. I bet it's an elaborate cover story for typing foul language.

Chess.com might not be perfect, but there is zero chance that they took away your chat privileges because of this. I think you've been making some poor assumptions...
