I think the Turkish phase loses something in the English translation, just as the English term 'racism' seems to have lost something in the Turkish translation.

Sorry you've had that experience. It seems to me racism is growing worldwide. I know it has become really bad in the United States since we elected our first nonwhite president.

Yeah, you know racism as at a historical high when you elect your first non-white president... lol
The primitive tribalist mindset has likely stayed fairly constant over the last few thousand years. But if anything, it's likely slightly less now than it has ever been due to widespread education and globalization.

I wouldn't say it's at a historical high, but Obama's election to the Oval Office did bring a lot of the racist shitbags out of the woodwork. And many who weren't quite hidden in the woodwork became a lot more brazen about their racism. I use to have this neighbor who flew a Confederate flag in his yeard. Of course he'd always use the "it's heritage, not hate" line. But maybe that was just "heritage, not hate" too.
I got cyberbullied on this website. They insulted about my race, religion and country, they linked these factors to my chess performance. -which is terrible-
One of them was 12 years old, if I had reported him I would be regretful because he's a child :p Can you be more polite to other people please?
