Racism on live chess

It is almost 1 year since i joined this site came across couple of abusive people but today someone for the first time racially abused me. I have clicked on a challenge in live chess,he refused to play against me and wrote in the chat box ' i dont play curry monkey scum' by mistake i clicked on a rematch again he made a racist remark ' get lost you piece of turde'

     I know one should not post these in forums. I have tried to report abuse but i lost the link to that chat. But i have taken a screen shot.

Inexcusable.

yeah...report this to staff.u shouldn't have to put up with scum like that.

Send a message to staff (including your screenshot) and make sure you name the guy. Such stuff is clearly unacceptable.

report it to admin,..there are always people that will hate and find any excuse to take it out on someone else. They want to turn their internal problems and dump them on others,... I have found ,personally, that just Banning rude players that use offensive language of any type quickly reduces the forementioned issues.

Hmm. First of all '' disable-chat '' in any game occurs.

If you consider the abuse you received was '' racist '' I would definitely report that person & submit a support-ticket to site-staff for them to consider.

If behaving this way towards you then possible towards others also & can be very upsetting.

Confident staff will take whatever decision is correct for the circumstances.

Did I miss a comparison to some other kind of abuse?

Maybe he meant sexism?

yesterday i also been racially abused by an american.

But i forget to take the screen shot...

Any abusive language in any form should permantly disable their "chat-box" because there are CHILDREN who fully participate in all sections on this site , and you really don't know who this filth is directed at perhaps a (child).     lol

Also not sure who the abuser is only that abuse has happened.

He could be any person in any part of the world displaying what he likes as flag/identity on this site. We must not generalise about Nationalities therefore...
