searching the secret of success in chess

Hi Great guys, practicing in chess i have been able to know too much of chess. However, mastery in chess is limitless. Wondering what are the definite ways to guarantee win or to do best. One solution i came up is using overloading tactical theme by which something can be done. I believe this theme is excellent if one force opp piece to be overloaded and then grab other pieces or pawns tactically. It is something not simple. Question is how to force piece overloaded very accurately?! your opp may not be aware of that thing always. So i guess in general sense some successive threats can make pieces overloaded. What your thought about that? please write here. It's not a simple thing guys as my huge chess experience is reflected on this topic, let's discuss and become masters in chess.
