The player I was playing had 19 seconds left and counting and after 5 seconds he added time to game. how can this be? Please investigate as I will not be playing again as this tells me that this game is hacked.
There was probably lag or a disconnection in reporting when he made a move. His timer that you saw continued counting down because of a lack of anything telling it to do otherwise. When all sides communicated again, his timer was corrected to reflect what actually happened.
Alternate answer: This place is swarming with hackers, the site hates you, and there's definitely never an innocent explanation for anything.

They hacked your computer and now have your bank account number and credit card information, contact local authorities asap.
