Just letting people know, I was the one who got got a bit bored, and created/handled 2Q1C's third account, "tocuewonsee", and not 2Q1C.

I thought that doing this late at night (in the US) would keep the account open a bit longer, but I failed to cause any controversy with only 30 minutes until being closed. 

Well, I didn't pay anything, but I didn't achieve my goal either, since it was closed so fast. I'd say no.

I was going to ask what Indian tribe "tocuewonsee" was but thought that might be offensive so I didn't lol.

I wish moderators were so fast closing other accounts as well. 

I have no idea why my cheating thread and fake profile were closed so fast compared to others. 

I thought the name looked like it could be Indian. That would've been a nice feature.
