Too many unanswered questions in this community

I give you just one example http://www.chess.com/echess/game?id=112497450 where after the game was accepted the player "Trololol1999" didn't move even if I saw him online. And it's just a example.
Why I don't have the opportunity to report the player to the game interface?
Why is just "abort" game?
Why do people accept games but never move?
Why you don't penalized players who make such shit?
Why do I need to come here and to open a topic when you already have so much experience with example like this one?
Why you don't solve these things from your initiative?
How many why do you need?
It's possible the player doesn't really understand correspondance and may have accidentally started that game. Either let it time out (assuming you have win on time checked in your profile) or just abort the game. It isn't a tourney game, you won't get any rating points anyway, since not enough moves have been made.
Timoutes in Online/Correspondence, while still high, are not as big of a deal as something like Live. It doesn't really waste time as you can have many games going at a time and don't have to worry about one with a player not moving.

Basically saying that there is no need to get bent out of shape for people not moving in an online/correspondence chess game. No need for a way to report a user, no need to have some other mechanism other than abort.
I gave an explanation on why someone might start such a game and not move.
This situation is different with the Live games, where the fair play policy is in effect and does impact those that don't make moves or abandon games.

The reference to Van the Man Morrison is the best part of this thread.
The OP is a snivling troll.....how obvious is that?
I love it that he makes a puntuation correction.
The 2nd best part of this thread.
