Bro, I told you earlier about using the supplements and going to the gym. Which you responded by saying "why the hell would I go to the gym?"
I guess you have never heard of exercise?

Kinda sad really.
I have been there brother ,if you are sad get yourself some 5HTP (hydroxitriptophan) at the pharmacy ,you probably have a seratonin shortage.
Just in case somebody sees this in the future: Don't trust someone who can't spell serotonin when it comes to mental health. 5-HTP has very shaky evidence, and some studies even show it can eventually lead to worsened mood if used chronically.
Back in the Medieval era, people would associate different types of ailments with various random things like blood (e.g. using leaches to treat things). The modern-day version of this is people associating random mental problems with various neurotransmitters, claiming a precursor to a particular neurotransmitter will cure sleep problems, depression, concentration issues, etc. The brain is immensely complex, and researchers are quick to admit they don't know the cause of such and such mental problem (or to admit they don't even know if there is THE cause, it is thought at times different things could be the cause of the same symptoms). I strongly do not recommend pumping random stuff into your brain unless it's supported by strong scientific studies (double-blind, placebo-controlled). Stay off supplement subreddits where people speak very loosely about serious medical problems.
The "Human Brain" is arguably the most complex biological entity in our universe, (to date). It's the "product" of (at least) 4.8 billion years of "evolving star residue" and "Darwinian evolution" (as some have said, and mostly been right).
And if you have trouble believing the above proposition, just watch the TCM movie -- "The Day the Earth Stood Still" (1954), and you might be convinced of the above proposition?
Reasonable will disagree, without being disagreeable? At least that's the hope of some of the brains on this terrible complex planet we inhabit.
**Simple Rule of Thumb -- when the number of non-prescription supplements you're taking exceeds the number of fingers on both your hands, you just might be going "a bit overboard" on your self-medication experiment. End of Story?
**Not for the person (or bot) posting below, apparently.
Good Job Above. I try to keep my supplements to 10 (total) or less. And one list is (probably) just as ("scientifically") good as another. Don't you think? Ha!
here's how it's done: meditate before the tournament and when it starts just tell your self ur gonna win this
Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my experience with chess supplements. I recently tried a product called Mate Gummies from checkmatefuel. As someone who's been playing chess for years, I've tried a lot of different supplements and strategies to improve my game. But I have to say, checkmatefuel supplements have been a game-changer for me.
I was a bit skeptical at first, but after incorporating it into my daily routine for a few weeks, I noticed a significant improvement in my ability to focus and analyze positions. My memory retention also seems to have improved, which has been a huge help in memorizing opening and endgame strategies.
Of course, I know that no supplement can replace consistent practice and training, but I do believe that checkmatefuel supplements have been a valuable tool in helping me reach my full potential on the board. I highly recommend it to any serious chess player looking for that extra edge. You can find them at https://checkmatefuel.com/.

Oh, excuse us Fonz for making a couple of comments to one another on your precious thread. Go take a suppository, it will improve your disposition, bro.
I accept your apology but don't call me 'bro' OK?
